No problem, if I owned a '58 Chevy truck, I would be looking for a bumper.....

Killer pics looks like every one had a blast, have to head up next year. Was at the rescheduled Burnout in Houston, good weather just windy as all get out, but looks like you guys had the same weather. The pics on the website are killer as well. Any of you guys heading down for the Nifty 50's vintage park show on 3-7-09? They are expecting around 700+ cars all pre 69'.

Hope to see a few there.

Man that was a hell of a show, despite the frigid winds. Had a great time. I cruised up there in my buddy's `66 F100 and our friends in the `55 Buick, `64 T-Bird, `61 Galaxy. We got a ton of looks.. what a great time.

    What car did you bring?

  18. It says 38 chevy on his profile... so.... it wasn't me, or Lobucrod, so I'm guessing it was the black stocker 2 dr sedan.

I'm partial to 38 chevy's and I liked yours, but who cares if you got a trophy or not... it's not about trophies.

The trophies RULED though, and I can't blame you for wanting one.

We always try to bring a trophy to give out. Next time I see your ride at a show we will give it to you. Second thought probably not. Some shows you place some you don't but crying about it wont get you anywhere. Have a great week:)

Well, since the trophy's were homemade with blood, sweat and tears (literally for me) hehehe and were given away by individuals of the Torques and other clubs, then the winners were picked by their particular taste. last year mine went to a 56 chevy that was had nice paint, interior and even fancy wheels, but i dug how he raced and showed it. This year went to a coupe that in my opinion is just tough looking as hell. How bout next making your ow trophy and picking a car of your likings.

Hell i'm gonna quit now casue blabbing like a female :~)

GREAT show !! Had a great time...love the smell of racing fuel.
It was just a little breazy out.

Yeah Damn it I didn't get a trophy either...I thought everyone is suppose to get a trophy. I even let mother nature dust my car.

I hope no one shows up to the round up with my front bumper. I can see it now. A nice one is going to show up and make it into a magazine, and tell the world about how they had never seen it done, but it just seemed right. Haha. Just watch.

It's not about the trophies or who wins. Met some really cool people, made some new friends and had fun. That's what it's about.

Your not going to find any "love" around here with comments like that.
