Went to the swap meet at Sumpter and got a straight and really heavy (not much rust) running board for my T coupe - $20.00, pretty happy about it.

Are there any other swap meets or car shows in FL this winter? I'm in Orlando and will be here till the first week or so, in April.

How about have a reaallly early pre-party! I'm bringing my daughter down there to the house of mouse for a week but we are heading back on the 4th. It sounds like I need to do some better scheduling next year!

Anyway, I wish you guys didn't pick Gasparilla weekend for the show. My buddy is coming in from Nashville for the big parade & parties, so I'm stuck here. Hope you guys get some sunny weather for the show.

I'm tempted to bring my '54 Schwinn custom thing as the car isn't ready yet - but I'm thinking it may grow legs while I'm looking at other people's stuff. Anyone got a bike rack on the car? Is anyone going to be pinstriping at the show?

 

I'll be there, spactating as always. Is there a list bands confirmed yet?

 

Hey, I got a bike lock you can use, but should be cool otherwise. And yes, there will be pinstripers there.
Also, the 3 bands ARE confirmed: Nova Rays, Knockdown Dragouts, and Kinngs of Hell. DJ's for filler, inside and out.

 

So far I've gotten good feedback on bringing the bikes out. They'll be up next to the DJ's stand - with about 20 feet of chain run through them just for extra measure.
