Well I found a pretty decent match in spray paint "krylon outdoor metallic" and decided to paint over the white primer job the previous owner tried to do when he did a 2tone job Before AFter Pretty happy with the result, even though it looks good from 10 feet, but it only cost me 5 cans worth
not too shabby from that shot, good job with the rattle can, I always end up with the dreaded "tiger stripes"...
I was thinking about trying that Today im going to paint the red portion of the wheels, white, I think it would look better against the gold
I kinda like the red. But if you dont, how 'bout the same color green as the interior, just to tie it all together?
its your call It actually looks pretty killer when outside, It matches the interior perfectly I got some different cans of white so I might try that
No greeen on the wheels. NIce rattle can job. It's refreshing to see a low buck approach every once in a while.
That is a great job with the rattle can blend in!!! At first the color change for the wheels didnt quite agree with me because what you had looked good to me but I kinda like the green.......
Yes it will. I rattle canned, then color sanded and polished my '55 Chevy dash. Look here: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=52273&showall=1
I like the Aqua....alot! Very pseudo-OEM looking! But everyone describes me as "different", and I like it that way. Otherwise, we'd all be driving a blue Prius.
Love those rattle cans. I've done a couple of deuce PUs in semi flat. Finger gets sore so next time I'm gonna step up to a handle!
