You guys freakin' rule... and know that that six-banger is from a legend. Barnes set the mile and et record, and won every race in his division when he and Barona debuted their buick Opel in 1970 in the M/P class. (and then they rolled it several times at the '76 March meet.)

Engines are art. Know that.... that's a nice piece, and quite possibly the last sixer that he built...

Kirk, we don't know each other, but we spent about an hour together in that damn A-L line last Thursday evening. I thought I'd include a picture of one of my cars 'cause it looks like the underpinnings of the modified that you're building. Saw your '60 in the show, very nice! Keith.

I was over at Matt's shop last night and he's due to post an update.

I made some totally shitty welds on the tube steering support (where they won;t be seen) and Matt worked one the nose section some more. He wasn't happy with the piece he made last night, but is making killer progress.

I'm hoping to have the steering box mounted tonight.
