    Sounds cool.
For really small stuff for interior trim, etc. You could use vinyl material. It comes in various colors, swirl patterns...even gold flake.

Being unable to find 3/8" swirl material I made my own for my dash bezel. I am sure more guys would like to have 3/8" as an option. I want to do additional trim work but unfortunately one piece I have in mind has to be wider than 48". Keep us posted on pricing. I am sure there is a market here for it.

You just can't beat the pop of engine turned stainless.

Wow, it took way longer than i expected to get this going. Life has a way of swallowing up time I guess. anyways, I am up to speed on this and am now making 2'x2' and 4'x4' sheets of this. I have several pieces made on 5051 aluminum with .062" thickness and 7/8" swirls. the pricing is going for $120+shipping for 2'x2' and $240+shipping for the 4'x4'. This is the aluminum only. here are a couple of pictures to give you an idea of what this stuff looks like. hopefully I still have some interest in this. I can also shear this into specific sizes for you. if interested pleas pm me and I will get on it right away.

    Thanks

    Sam

I need some now for a dash insert. 12x24 would be great with small circles. Please let me know. Thanks

I can't tell from the photos, but it looks like the rows don't overlap, is that correct?

Maybe not on a 4 foot sheet, but anyone with a drill press can do a dash. I never understood buying sheets.

I did these last year on a drill press and scotch bright pad. Clear coated after.
