Here is a coupe I just picked up for my wife.. I have known the last 3 owners of this car. The engine was rebuilt and it is mostly rust free..has a little in the lower cowl...My plans are mild early style hot rod.. gonna drop the axle and convert to juice brakes, redo the rear spring, and change out wheels and tires..I have a couple 4 banger speed parts located that I plan on running for now. later I plan on a flatty v-8 swap and a quick change out back.. my wife hates the interior so I am sure it will get done soon..I got it for 5k which is the most I have ever paid for a car...This was the reason I was selling my rpu a couple weeks ago..I plan on a stance like Chris's model A..Jason.

I will be watching for a v8 flatty for sale.. looking for a runner....plan on keeping this one as a pretty traditional build.. I wanna keep the banger in it for a little while because it runs great and I am going to take it to the banger races this year..Jason.
Butch, what trans are you running... I have seen 3 speeds, t-5, etc.. I would like opinions on the best driver trans..Jason.

Hello Jason, Mickey here. Wow, your coupe is realy nice! I guess you answered my price question. I Think I may have paid too much for the coupe I bought! However I would like to talk with you about storing it for me for a couple of months until I finish up at Diablo. I know It would be in good care at your shop. I did stop by a couple of weeks ago with a friend from home. He had never seen a pro shop like yours and realy was impressed. I will call you Monday if thats okay. the car is not far from your shop and it would be a great help if you could store it if you have the space. Thanks.
