How's it going everyone, just joined this forum because some one over on the Ol' Skool Rodz forum suggested it. I am currently going to school in Philly and unfortunaley my car in progress is parked at home in Pittsburgh. My current project is: 26 Model T sitting on a 30 Model A frame -Z'd 6 up front and 9 in the rear -Channeled 3 inches -1950 Ford Flathead V8 (239) -Muncie M-21 out of a 70 Corvette -39 Ford truck front axle with 68 Galaxie rear drums -57 Chevy Rear End
right on. been to sahdy side plenty of times got a couple of friends out that way and thats where i get my ink done.
Oh is that the one on 19 across from the sheetz? I've been there a couple of times but didn't know what it was called. Alot of people told me about it but I didn't get to go until late in the summer (worked alot this summer). I'll be sure to make it a few more times next year.
Yeah it is the one right across from the sheetz. I made up up there abput 7 or 8 times last summer. I am hoping to have my car done to make it up there at least once this summer.
haha alright. hopefully it will be there, if it is not look for a flat black 63 Falcon, it my friends and i am always up there with him.
Thats a nice cruise. Around 1,000 cars each Friday if it clear. I am up there as many times each summer I can. I will be moving up that way in the Spring making it easier. All we take up there now is my father's '67 Buick Skylark, all stock and I did take my lifted '84 GMC Sierra when I was trying to sell it. Gas was expensive this summer and that small block 400 was thirsty so only a couple of times. Hope to get something up there myself in the next year or 2. If you havn't been...you should. Some good HAMB material up there but just as much stock cars (which I enjoy just as much as any hot rod), there are ricers, and brand new vehicles that really take up space. I took my '84 GMC but its a classic now and was lifted and all but I put it in the back parking lot. Not in the main show since its not what I came to see, but a cruise is a cruise and anyone can go...what can you do? Still love going
The show is a great time. Glat to see someone else on here who goes to it. I cant wait until summer time to get home from school and start going to the shows.
