Nice to see there's some progress being made on that side of the shop... you gotta stake out your territory man - you're lucky cc didn't buy another rusty-ole Caddy and crowd your ass even more!

Seriously - your work looks great - can't wait to get out there and see it in person!

Paul, check out the new Rod&Custom, there is a tech on Bobby Walden, fixing the same problem area you have, below the quarter windows. Really cool tech.

I just got that in the mail today. Another awesome cover, and he does a great job! Thanks to Stovebolt I have the piece I need on the way, but I'll need some ninja skills to fit it in as flawlessly as they did. I'm learning though. :D Today I'm trying to figure out how to put subrails in...

holy crap man. I just realized that I had been to your old shop and oggled over your build. I so never put the two and two together. Came over on a Saturday night to get some '61 Caddy parts, and stayed until I could barely get past the vatoloco's at the bar next door. Is y'alls new shop on the other side of it?

Well folks, it's officially 2009. 2008 was great, Cammie and I got engaged and the families are going wedding crazy so I've been away from my shop the last month. Now I have a CLEAR schedule until this baby is done. Stovebolt was kind enough to send me a roof section for the drivers side, Thanks Buddy!

This is how it's sitting right now. I have to graft the wheelwell and roof piece in and then it's ready to subframe. Yeehaw.

Time to get back to work Paulie!!!

  23. Lookin good so far. I have one jeep to finish, and then I will be balls to the wall on my model A. I have about 3 months of back healing left and I should be able to do just about anything. I sure hope so, cus its only be 2 1/2 weeks and I am losing what little mind I have not being able to lift anything, twist, stoop, bend over etc etc. I start physical therapy monday and I hope I keep on this fast healing path I have been on. :) Keep us up to date on what progress you have made :)
