I checked the Vin# and i lucked out its VA56B in the first 5 letters.The "V" means V/8 , the "A" denotes a 150 car ,56 is the year obviously ,and the "B" means it was built in Baltimore MD.It gets even better .I checked the #'s on the Muncie and its a 1970 M22 Rockcrusher atleast the case is.It whines like hell in 1st through 3rd and it looks to be untouched ,so i have no reason not to assume its an M22 .
Anyone know about how many "150" tudors were built in 56 with the 265 V/8 ?I have looked all over the net and couldnt find anything about the production #'s on engine versus model in 56 .Can someone point me in the right direction please ?
been lookin myself for a solid 56 seems like the prices went out of sight on these ..... 11,500. tag on yours makes it fun still. know a guy localy got pissed off and droped 30k on a 57. sucks being him
You might try asking here: http://www.trifive.com/forums/ , but I really don't think options were originally documented anywhere. The only three 56 150's I've seen around here were V8 Cars, and my 57 150 was a V8.
Ya 30k kinda takes the fun out of it .The guy was asking 12.5 for mine and he was asking 16k for it last summer ,but cash talks right now .There isnt many other cars around that seem to increase their value like Tri-5 tudors do.I can remember back not too many years ago when you could buy a nice Tri-5 tudor driver for around 5K .I guess its supply and demand.It seems that most everyone wants one ,and most people that have one hang on to it .Your lucky to find one ready to drive for under 20K now ...
