Wow. There is a lot of stuff in this thread. Some I want to see more of, and some I wish I never saw!

Wow is definitely the word, though.

Its a 36 cab, 60 olds rear end, running olds drivetrain, the olds portion will slide back and lift to expose the rear wheels, still plenty to do yet.
Sorry only two pics I have at work.

Well I thought my car was different, since I had never seen another one on the road let alone with an axle, but I've seen a dozen pre-64 Comets in the past year. Looks like I got in when the getting was good. Can a car that wasn't ever that popular make a comeback?

    Just saw this thread.
Len... I liked your posts of the build-up of the once-was-a-bug. Very nice.
However, if you would have had pictures like THAT all the time you would have been a favorite post for everyone, even if they didn't like the fact that it started as a bug!
Good to see you online. Hope the health is good.

I don't have any pics but I have a 74 Land Cruizer with a sbc and bus tires with chains. Talk about fun in.. well.. anything! Body is off of it now.

    Thanks Tudor.
The Hupp will keep up with traffic. I've got pretty tall gears and tall tires, so it does not launch real quick but once rolling and you hammer it, it'll snap your head back. Here's are a couple pics of my 48 Stude convert. It looks a lot like a '50 as I used a lot of '50 sheetmetal. In the Stude I'm running an LT1 with much lower gears and it's quite quick of the line.

That s-10 is kinda cool with those wheels. My magnum has torque thrust Ms I wanted Ds but they didn't come in 18s. My old wheels had 17s and I didn't want to ruin the ride of the car. I also got the widest width you could fit on the rears with 10inch and 9 inch on the front. The car looks awesome with huge meats, the hot rodder at heart! Also had to take a chunk of plastic out of the rear wheel wells to get the tires from rubbing.
If you mind, not hamb friendly, but it's my daily driver. I did get it pinstriped! I dare to be different my friends also!!!!

The Magnum looks killer with the Torque Thrusts!! Now some 61 Dodge taillights would look great....
