Here's a pic of the clock. Its a wind-up clock that used to be used as cuff links on a suit.

    Wow six pages of knobs...

I'll throw a couple more in...

This ones goin in my coupe. Its a salesmans giveaway for "Ivorine", a material used to make false teeth. I figure its from the 30's or 40's because its sits on a bakelite stand. The jaw is hinged and attatched to a couple tiny springs.

You should sink the statue into your grill like a modern pirate ship and use the skull as the shift knob because its sick as hell.

OMG, you have a Normy Poo with braces? I should have known, that's friggin awesome man!!

  14. Yup, I do. :) It's all I got for Christmas one year (and birthday, and...LOL). Norm and I worked on the braces part together. I got to make a couple of trips to his house during the process (between the planning and my making the braces and bringing them up to him to be put in), which made it even cooler. I had it done for my chevy and maybe one day the chevy will actually be ready for it and it can leave my desk. ;) Right now I use it for a teaching tool during patient consultations....."If you don't wear your rubber bands, this is how long you will be in braces (waving the skull at them)." LOL

Nice blacksmithing work. The twists on that shaft are very uniform.

Some great knobs here, I like that old Ivorine one a lot.
Here's one I made - bronze with blackened patina.
