How you been? Didn't see you at the Primer Nats! Wanted to see if you had repainted the '49. Came out great...slddnmatt does some fantastic work!!!

 

I'm in, I've got a '51 two-door. I would have to go out and move way too much stuff to take pictures of it though, so you'll just have to believe me. By the way, my two favorite Mercs are over in Sweden - J.B.'s '39 or '40 and Tinwolfs '51.

FRONT;
MOOG PN CC850 1990 Ford Aerostar springs,lowers it about 3", $65.
REAR;
4" blocks are easy and cheap,about $30.

 

I`ve got the best part a 51 merc motor can I play ?

It was my dads. Him and his original one circa 1968.

 

Would you let a 59 in? I'd understand if you didnt, I dont even ever call it a merc, I refer to it as a mercury cause its an oddball.

 

Oh yeah...I'm in. I just moved so have not been able to get on for a while but as soon as I find my digital camera I will get some new photos up. Does any one besides these damn cows live in Ontario...I would like to find a spot to hang out.
