Just when you think it can't get any better .... no 'faux gasser' here - the real deal and time slips to back it up.

    Gotta love it.....

Love it!!! Your car is actually what brought me to the HAMB. I was google searching for info on a 55 straight axel conversion and found your awesome thread on how you did yours. My father has a 55 and really wants to follow in your footsteps.

I really like the new updates. Plus, it always better when a car's bite is as bad, if not worse, than its bark!

One of my all time favorite cars!
Is that window tint or true blue plexi? It looks as if you did not tint the rear window, true?

I think it is too fucking bad ass not to have some better paint. I don't think flat black is good enough for that car. I realize all in good time maybe. It is totally admirable to have kick ass performance and form before fancy paint. But, you got the goods for sure, next it deserves some real paint at some point. Sweet car regardless and thanks for sharing.

    Love your ride man,

What about some of those fake vinyl decals for the headlights,

IMHO..it would make the front end look more stock and still save the weight...

Pro stocker do it and for the most part it looks good on those cars....

    Flame away............

Some people get their pic taken in front of the whitehouse. Screw that, I want my pic taken with that car just to prove I was there............

    Thats Cool

Ah - Take a real good look at that left rear when you hooked up.
Looks almost dangerous - would hate to see anything bad happen.

  26. WOW! real mags, nice. How much lighter are they than the (im guessing) aluminum wheels you ran? That car just looks FAST.

I kinda agree with the others about the paint some gloss would look great on it, heck keep it black and sinister looking!!

But I will say the wheels and windows just set the bar higher for everyone else to get their rides even close to what yours is........The true Traditional Hot Rod.

Hell I still have goosebumps from the pics:D
