I like to dabble with the airbrush myself, and can not stress the importance of using freehand templates enough. They really help you define what should be sharp edges and let you fade and blur the paint without destroying your sharp edge either.
I also think it helps to create your own templates for certain shapes and curves, and even your own stencils if your drawing skills are up to it.
Practice practice practice, but for 15, you're doing great.

search the friday art shows for "tingler" if you want to see some cool freehand monster shirts. you'll have to search the archives .. haven't seen him around lately.

art show archives are down at the bottom of the page

I've just started gettin into airbrushing. My father has been brushing since the 70s so I've been using him when I needed some, but now I'm learning the ropes. That looks good, I'm interested to see what my stuff will turn out like.

oh man me to they work really great had mine for couple of years the only problems i ran into was wen i broke the tip of by overtighting it but that my own falt and leting the brush sitting for a couple of days with out cleaning it and the paint build up in the needle made the trigger stick but over all it is durabel and holds up really good
