Are channelled cars highboys???? And what would a "partially" channelled car be?

That 3W is one bad mutha!

Wow, this just keeps getting better each day.
Notice the bottom 5W is mildly chopped, but
also sectioned with a dropped beltline. There's a car in
Ca. just like this, but full fendered. Is this the same car?
    Very cool, keep them coming.
By the way, I'm trying to have mine come out as nice as Busby's,
which is one of my all time favorite's.

I agree, it's definitely different. Lot of metal work to pull that off so well....yikes.

not too sure i care for it
i always find it hard to look at cars that the window line doesn't lign up with the trunk/cowl
alot of new cars have this "problem"
    anyways...getting off track

    I LOVE this car....
One of the best, I think they took a slight vertical slice out of the rails at the cowl to get that super cool stance.
Not channeled fully? I'd say it was a MID-BOY!

Thanks for posting the pix of my 5 window (Harrison-Druss32) its a honor to be grouped with such great cars. Harrison, sorry I didn't get to meet you at Shades of the Past, I was parked next to David Kennedy. David is a super nice guy. I'm sure we will get to meet some time soon.

I've always really liked this one. Mucho inspiration for me. Only wish it had a stock tank and split bones. Guess that'll be up to me.

Those are actually off a HD and were on the car when I got it. I built my own headers and duels out the back earlier this summer so they are gone now. Don't really care for red wheels on a grey car. Maybe black chassis and wheels with grey body. When I get to overhauling the car, it's gonna be black chassis, body and wheels with stock interior.

Wait, do you own that car? It is the purple car that has been around for so long that was for sale a couple of times. Did you buy it? That car was a huge influence on a lot of people when it was on American Rodders cover all those years ago (80's?). I was never crazy about that shade of purple per say, but I do LOVE that car overall. Pics?

yeah I know, but they look cool too. I have a ton of pics I could post from different shows, would take a while to look through them all. That was just a quick pic post.

  30. One of mine, 1980. It went to California. If you've see it, I'd like to know.
