I do like my TorqThrust II's. What makes them seem so common is the same paint and accessory treatment. Just how many Red, yellow and flat black cars and trucks can you stand to see.
I'm witcha on this one. We have a set of 48 Lincoln 15"ers for my son's 65 shortbed. They'll take any 40-48 Ford (or Merc) caps. Those flames are killer on that stepside.
I tend to agree with elpolacko. I do like the look... But Everybody does it! This guy did the look only with blue instead of red.
Hey I heard you can get a great deal on some square wheels... They are a classic...but you dont see many of them going down the road...unless its a trailer queen.
any one know what those wheels are? The need some chrome but I like the size... lol. that is unless its anti hotrod. Id like to fill the wheel wells of my stock height truck .. a little more rim would do it. and looks like this is the best of both worlds.
AHHH...thats what those are called... Ive seen these... just didnt know what they were....I guess somewhere in the back of my mind I thought they were craggars or something. Hey Im learning the hot rod ways! Thanks for all the help and learn'n
hmm tt2 are a little tiny in my opinion I found these for sale in the us last year...400d for a set 1 year old...I think they will be ok on mine here in sweden....need to put on a little higher tires though ooh and mine is a 66 f100 with a 302 from 68 out of a mustang with a 4 on floor rims are only 15 inch but with the bad road we have here...I like some rubber to use as bumper to my back take care stig
Yeah I like that...they are sorta like those cruisers i posted... and got ragged on about tho lol. I like the tts but I think they dont look at home on a f100... now a camaro. mustang. chvelle. or something yeah. probably the best ive seen them look on a truck is elpolackos... which is a way cool truck. Its got my wife liking the green color.. but im just sticking to my semi gloss black.... its quick easy and screams hot rod on a budget....
lol showy! I need some bling... its gonna be semi gloss black! thats the polar opposite of showy! lol. I get where you come from cause Im just coming in to my wide whites... Ive always been a black wall kinda guy.. maybe a white letter.
these wheels are american racing hopsters they do them in big inch. My vote would be chromies and narrow bands though.
or check these out, australian made http://www.longbeachcustoms.com.au/gallery_wheels.lasso old school vintage would be cool i was going 2 run them on my F100
I was kidding aka being sarcastic. I guess it doesn't translate well on the internets. flat black red steelies = the new torque thrusts II back in 2003
Something period for my tasts, but then all the trucks back then were working and not the rods. I don't like the look of modern 20s on older vehicles. I'm more of a steelys and dog dish guy.

If ya think the white walls are too much...what do ya recommend? I dont really want to go with a modern white letter or anything that would just look funny. I like the look of the older stuff If Im going with a smoothie style wheel.... if I go with a wheel like the radirs... not sure?? Just out of curiosity what did the red lines come on?
