I really hope you are Joking, I have wasted my coin on more than 1 issue of Rebel Rodz. After the first I thought Id give them a second try and even a third. I am now sure why they sit on the News stand in plastic as if I could flip through them I would leave them there.

OSC not much better, although have a bit more content.

damn aint that the truth, dude that rag just plain sucks. i was checking it out at the WAL- and dammit, never fails, everytime, it sucks balls. The layout, The "kool" art, The photography, not to mention the writing. shitty part is they get paid for doing it

    >>Okay sorry to go O/T,, I really like just lurking around the magazine rack and finding different shitt, r&c is always quality,, burnout from japan is cool, rolls and pleats NEVER FAILS,, never picked up a Kustoms illustrated but now i think i just might.. Car kulture deluxe is a good rag, i think of it as the "rich mans old skool rodz"

kustoms illistrated is a great little rag.
if you are looking for something off the stand, try street rodder, i picked up a copy for the first time in at least a year and was pleasantly suprised with the custom coverage it offered. guess they are trying to take up the slack left with the demise of custom rodder. and they were covering traditional styled cars too.

Traditional Rod and Kulture has great coverage. Although not 100% kustoms all the time. Still worth picking up.

  24. Luke does an awesome job at Kustoms Illustrated. Every issue is better than the last. Do your self a favor and hunt down every back issue to get yourself a complete set. These are the "little pages" of our generation

If you are lucky your local bookstore gets a ton of car magazines. Now here's what you do: stroll in once a month and browse them like a hoodlum and grab the magazine with the articles that pique your interest. No surprises in the mail.

  26. KUSTOM'S ILLUSTRATED, by Lou Karosi no doubt ab out it. Rags

  27. Old back issues of Custom Rodder, before they got bought up,
and ruined,by the brain trust at Street Rodder magazine.

Back then, "Custom" meant more than big after market wheels on a restoration.
