There's either something wrong with the camera or those guys are just built weird.

Yeah as I understand it it was the guys favorite beer
If you look closely at the T roadster you might recognize it as the Scotty's muffler car with a wheel change and lettering removed
also from San Bernardino. The Ardun in the FED is the same motor from the T and my dad still has it

Are you sure you're not thinking of the "Long And Lean" Corvette that ran out of Georges Corvette Shop? I believe it was driven by Bub Reese. Far as I know, Malcolm had nothing to do with that car. Mike

This car served as the basis for Hampton's twin engined Corvette funny car from 1970. The bored/stroked 283's were replaced by twin alky burning 350 LT-1's, but much of the componetry used here, found itself on the American Bandstand sponsored funnycar. Hampton was top gas eliminator champ at 1970 Winternationals as well.

Mike is correct. George Reece owned the dragtser/Vette hybred. basically and SBC powered top fuel car with a narrowed and stretched 66 Vette shell. Reece at one point had 3 floppers at one time and you could book one or more for match races at your local track.
