I've had the best luck with ITS. Reasonable prices, all the forms are on the website and depending on his work load it can take anywhere from 2-weeks to 2-months.

I prefer the title companies to using your Motor Vehicle Dept. oftentimes with the DMV you have to post a bond, and you get a "Bonded Title "which still is rife with problems. The title company gets you a clean title. worth the 150 bucks in my opinion.
