I have a few ideas on what Im going to do for a dash in my hot rod, but I want to see some pictures of the different dashboards and steering wheels that people have put in Model A's. I like the 40 ford dash and thats what will most likely end up in it but what other dashboards have people put in model A's?

heres a 46 ford dash in my 26 model tt It would be easier to mold into a Model A since theres more inside room.

I made this dash for DeathsDoorStep out of this big freakin White Motors Big Truck dash....I will be filling in where the small gages are and sinking them into the dash, This was a temporary gage mounting to make the show back in 06 Detroit.......Its always Kool to look at something and see something else...Death by cutoff wheel..Its nothing special but only what I came up with during an all out thrash and time crunch...Littleman

  24. I'm really liking RoyalShifters 49 dash.
    Nice adaptation.

Rustydeuce's panel/panels are well thought out and very reminiscent of an airplane instrument panel.

Are those buttonhead allens around the perimeter?
    Or headless bolts or rivets?

I need a little something extra for the uber-simple dash on my 31.
The bolts around the perimeter would look good if I have the panel wrinkle powdered.

Reason I'd use wrinkle powder instead of wrinkle paint is that the powder doesn't hold dust as bad as the paint.
Had a wrinkle paint dash once and it never did look good after that first coat of dust.
    Didn't wash off with anything.

Here's the 36 passenger car dash in my sedan. Just needed a small pie cut and ther corners rounded. Fits like a glove. I do plan o some reworked original guages in the future.
