Less is more. The pinup is tits. The teeth? Not so much... no, not at all.

IMO, shark mouths don't look right starting at the cowl. It would be like putting just below the cockpit on the plane... doesn't make sense.

    That's working.

  6. A pinup on the dash or glovebox door would be pretty cool...

Here's one I'm planning on putting on my T Bucket. This is just a print out I glue sticked on to check for size. The name of my car (Miss Behavin') will be in small script just above the picture.

  8. Just so it's clear, I found the pinup girl HERE and added the tire from a google image search, it's not my art.
The small shark "logo" looks kind of cool too but it seems a little too much like a sports team logo to me.

How about someone photoshop the teeth on it for him. The guy is trying to be differant. The pinup is at every car show on at least two rides. It could work, but I would like to see it photoshopped first.

I think no. Sweet truck as is.

  15. Really quick and dirty but it shows the idea.

I like the truck with no art or the pin up idea better.

Just remember it's a fine line between just right and too far.

I like the pinup too. I like the white paint with black details, it's understated and fresh.

TY Thrasher for the pic. Not my cup o' tea, but if it floats his boat. I do like it the way it is, very clean.

I don't thinkit would work on that body, I've seen some done, and they never look right. What you could do, is paint a 'cartoony' torpedo with the eyes and teeth on the door and come up with a name (shanghai ?), make it look like a period racer. You could also get a torpedo-looking gas tank, paint it up, and mount it in the bed.

personaly i think it is tacky. it's not an old war plane and putting "nose art" on a hot rod is going just a bit too far... in my honest opinion.

  29. nice truck, but nose art belongs on war planes and thats it...just my 2cents
