What color striping?

We're going to try to do it without striping. If we do it will probably be light blue.

 

Looks great so far, cant wait to see the finished product... would you guys hurry up already.

 

Normally, I would say striped panels are a MUST for a Watson styled car. But the lace adds so much texture and line into the mix. I think a pronounced faded edge might do the trick. Plus, striping is often used as tool to clean up the edge of the panels and hide the build up difference of the new layers of paint and to prevent checking later on(I'm sure you know this). Your panels are just candy over your base, so I can't imagine there is very much build up. It's basically an aesthetic option at this point. It's cool that you are still leaving the possibility open.

That thing is crazy..... kinda like a piece of concept art. Looks good on paper but most don't have the balls to actually put it on the road. But you do.

What color is the white on ur car man? i really like that is it a custom mix?

 

It's all PPG. The white is an Acura pearl white with about 6 kinds of flake over it. I'll have to check on the name of the blue.

 

That's gonna look badass at night.

Alex took a minute to hook me up with a pieces i needed for my air ride on Saturday and i got to see the car and man it looks Bad Ass. Thank you brother for the parts i needed and i can't wait to see the finished product.
