That brought me out of "Lurkville" to join in the praise. That's some fine artwork if I ever saw any. Thanks for posting. I once briefly dated this exchange student girl from Norway when I was in high school 20 years ago. I almost feel like we've got a connection, yah! HaHa.

Again, thanks for all the nice words..I dont have any computer or acess to the internet myself.Thats why I answer very slow or at all...
Found a few very early under construction pics from my shop. Its so early that I didn't know if I could make any funny out of the fairly nice humpback..too bad .As you can see in the pics ,I used the new panel from EMC,or something like that, Then I had the angel and the width. The rest was just simple blacksmithing. Thanks again.

you are way too modest, nothing about that job or the finished product looks simple.

i cant tell you how many times i have come back to this thread to drool over this car, every time it has the same effect. it is so perfect.

That is probably the most amazing metalwork I've ever seen. That is well above and beyond any "simple blacksmithing." I admire your modesty, but am absolutely stunned by your skills. That is absolutely incredible metalwork, great job.

I was working in Oslo for a week in September, there was some sort of celebration going on. I saw loads of Harleys, some chops, a couple of V8 bikes, one was a Boss Hoss, the other I'm not sure, saw a couple of old yanks, a Corvette Stingray, but I never saw anything resembling a hot rod or custom.

I even saw a couple of guys/girls going down the side of a building on ropes, IN WHEELCHAIRS! Pretty surreal week.

I never had my camera with me when I saw all the bikes, but I saw some other pretty cool metal stuff:

Crap man, I have to buy a new computer, as I fell asleep staring at your coupe, drooled all over my laptop, and fried it out. We definetly need more pics of your beautimous '36 and you other cars too. Are you retired? How the Hell did you get all that done in a year and a half? What kind of metal-working steroids did you take and where can I get them? Amazing job sir. I'm going to go work on my A coupe now.
