I work at gate 70 thurs fri and sun in the am .Been a member of Daytona street rods for 19 years .
The show is one of the best shows around. It's a great week end of fun but a lot of work for our club and the clubs that help.

I'm skipppin' it this year, but I'll be back next year.

 

I'll be carless (for the last time), but I'll have the Marshmallow at Casa del Fizzy's "Campground" Thursday or Friday (boss hasn't decided yet) - Sunday. I'll be in the Greasepit with the the DLCC, Rumblers and Poor Boys, hopefully I can bum a ride with RMT (Roger and Teri) or somebody else from the Fizzy's to the track (Friday &) Saturday.

Oh and "the crow flies at midnight"

Had a good time ... started going when it was @ the high school. Stayed at the La Playa ...

Not going in 2007 ... last time was in 2004. Just does not " work for me " any longer. Too many mullet mobiles ... and vehicles that do not interest me. May try it again next year ... I may be just burned out ... HOPE everyone who goes has a GREAT TIME ...

That 40 coupe in Deuce Roadster's post will be there (again, was there in '05, too) if it don't break down on the way from NC. vic

 

I want to go and if I do it will be a last minute desicion,did have a car pre registered last year but health issuses kept me home so I really want to go this year. A friend that usually goes with me to help drive might not have the money for the trip this year so if I go I will go solo if I cant find anyone else to come along. Jeff

Staying home working on the 3W

 

I will be leaving Detroit area Fri the 16th. Should be in Daytona Sun evening. Driving my '53 Studebaker Hardtop. Will probably be parked with Studebaker Drivers Club. Plan on starting home Tues 27th.

Anything go on other than the La Playa Plaza early in the week?

we head up Thursday till Sunday about 5 of our cars. not sure where we will be parking or hanging out at night.

We'll be around all week.

 

Everyone parking in the SGP parking area arriving early. Please leave the first 10 spots open for the host club. The first area by the fence has been reserved for the Draglinks. The rest of the 50 spaces have at em!!!

 

I'll be walking around fri. & sat. looking for a few pcs. for my "new" 1946 ford cpe.
