We had a lot of fun putting on the party/car show. 59 tradiontal cars all driven except the 3 all out race cars. We served food to over 400 people. chill , hot dogs fudge and cake. Cars from 4 states and people from 2 more. Not bad for a FREE invitation party. We also made some money for the criple and burn children. Next year same deal same place and as always the 4 th sunday in oct..Bobby..

What is that contraption built into the door frame on this car?

I'm guessing a spring loaded pin to keep the door shut.

I had to look several times to see what you were writing about. All I could see was that woman. So I thought that was the contraption you were speaking of......That old car spent several seasons on the local dirt tracks and was left outside to rust in peace. The doors had all the hardware removed and welded shut. Ozzie was able to get the doors to open but unable to obtain hardware. So he made a postive locking device. It works rather well.... Next year same place same time the 4 th sunday on oct.. Bobby....

I hate I missed it, but I'll be there next year for sure. The ones I went to were 2 of the best, most relaxing yet fun shows I have been to.
