Jeff - I always enjoy your work
Tingler - Very cool stuff, do you ever work with oils?

Here is a commission I finished up yesterday. Pen and ink.

    Teach your children well...

Few things make an impression on kids
like a roaring machine covered in flames!

Here's my offering for the week.

    Call the kids!

Heres a Model A that I was trying to finish last week. I put a old Cadillac flathead in it . I was inspired by a car that was in a Trend magazine from 1953, " Dream Cars". I think theres a thread on this car too. Art Dury owned it. The back of the car is what got me. You wouldn't need much of a Model A to make this thing. It would be different and traditional at the same time. It would look good in primer. I included a ink version too. Thats before I colored it with the prismicolors. I might have some more Friday. Bring on the art!:D
Oh yea, that old b/w concept car is from Dream Cars also, throwed in for kicks.

Lookie here. 3 brand spankin' new wrench cross prints. I just posted these for sale in the classifieds, available for HAMBers before they go up on my site. I should finish signing and numbering them this weekend.

I also have very few test prints which I will get a HAMB auction going for in a few days.

Proudly printed by Marcy in the United States of Texas.

    Cool drawing mang!
I've worked with oils in the past and I actually prefer them to some degree....but I work with acrylics now mostly because of the fact that oils stink up the whole house. haha.

Great looking drawing. I know I'm splitting hairs but the Cadillac flathead only has 3 exhaust ports per side. So three pretty pipes..

    Just a public service anouncement

  28. Already a five-star thread huh...? Great work boys!

HAMB'er joeybsyc recently commissioned me to do this cartoon design. That's Joe's '32 roadster in the picture; Johnstown Hot Rods is his car club. We tried two different backgrounds but that kinda backfired in that it gave Joe and his brother a mighty hard time deciding which one they liked best. I ended up doing both versions in color to do poster-prints and in black/white to do T-shirts. Hey Joe; Thankx for the commission!
