I need to change that profile. I sold the 47 to a guy in Chicago last year. Wish I could have kept it but I needed the dough to do this one. After he paid me for it he said he was going to restore it cuz the only picture he had of his Dad was holding him as a baby in front of his "new" 1947 Poncho he bought after returning from WWII.

The blue car was a prototype. I know there is a '55 Buick there but I just pulled a page out of the book.

 

here's mine ain't much but it runs real fine. 12k on the odo in 3 years

yeah yeah, someone else owns it now but it will always be Glen's Buick.

Do a HAMBsearch for 'taildraggers' if you want some real inspiration.

 

I drove a 48 Buick in a christmas parade for a friend about 30 yrs ago. I got hooked on these years...nuttinabout em I don't like.
