How hot can a small block get a brisket?

put a 220 tstat in it and let er smoke for about 10 hours

 

I love brisket. that thing is awesome and i thought my slash cut smoke stack on the smoker i am building was cool.

I saw one like that mounted in a FED chassis last year. For the man who has everything.

Careful, some hambers will "roast" you for not being "traditional" enough for not cooking with a flathead or a hemi.

That thing is totally cool. I'm envious.
