    put a 220 tstat in it and let er smoke for about 10 hours

    I love brisket. that thing is awesome and i thought my slash cut smoke stack on the smoker i am building was cool.

    Careful, some hambers will "roast" you for not being "traditional" enough for not cooking with a flathead or a hemi.

    That thing is totally cool. I'm envious.
