  4. ...i second that! doing something similar to my 49 coupe except it'll be a hardtop, and a wee-little sectioning of the trunk....and possibly skirts. BUT mor pics of this car would be nice!

That's a beautiful pic, thanks for sharing it ! I immediately must think of this pic of JLV's Riviera, not a recent build but kinda the same mood, very cool.Shortbus and Deadender60's crew should team up and bring out something like "The Leadheads Journal"....

Give me a few more months, Frenz... and it'll have paint and upholstery, along with some more interesting tricks. :)

Imagine the hours of work it took to make these creations. One more can't hurt.

Rik,thanks for sharing. You really think the Pratt Ford is super mild ? Rounded hood corners, frenched headlights,Merc grille shell, molded front, shaved door handles, cut down skirts,"custom" side trim, reworked wind splits with round taillights, exhaust tips ending through bumper guards, etc.,btw, did you ever wonder how the trunk is opened with those guards on ? No doubr, car is influenced by Junior Conway's Shoebox.

This years Autorama was my first time to Detroit. I bet I went back to this car at least 10 times over the weekend. I would stare at the car trying to absorb it all but it was almost as if my mind couldn't get enough. Absolutely gorgeous in every aspect. Congratulations on owning one of my dream cars :D-Here is the fixed link:

Yes I do... like in a Super Custom... but in the "mild" catagory.
It has a lot of Super fine body work done.... but I still consider it as a Mild custom.
