For some reason, those little miniaturized car trailer things piss me off... Bad reaction, I know... but... can't help it.

  6. I liked the one from the other day the guy had his truimph on. I think it had forty ford front axle under it.

I saw a Goldwing pulling a real honest to God casket on a single axle once. Wish I had a pic.

I hate those trailes that look like little versions of the bigger car, but dont mind the truck bed trailers for some reason......... Go Figure. I must be weird.

That igloo cooler is awesome though! Freaking funny! :D

If this guy didn't have a trailer, how would he get his big stuffed camel to shows? No surprise, but it belongs to the Gomer in the picture with the fat gold chain.

By the way, the moron from the neighborhood O'Reilly's auto parts picked this as 'best of show' at a local car show last year.

  18. I saw a homemade large teardrop in the LARS swap that realy impressed me. I spoke to the lady who was towing it with her 32,3,4 pickup. It had aluminum skin, was proportioned right , looked like a period piece, and had some room in it. She said her husband built it in 2 weeks. I'd love to see some pics, details of it if they're on here.

  19. I concur, the only trailer I'd tow so far is the pop up tear drop. almost liked the bumper car till the frickin cry baby showed up

That sums it up right there. The two go together. Hot rod copied trailers = lame IMO.

While we're bashing trailers (sort of), can someone explain to me why so many exhibitors put a stuffed doll of a little kid somewhere on or in there car? Sorry for the stupid question.

My 2 sense, if you're going to drive your display car to the show (as opposed to enclosed trailer), you've got to have somewhere to put all of the crap. I don't mind the Coca Cola, bumper car, and Playmate type trailers, but I don't think they should be a part of the show/display. For the trailers that look like the cars pulling them, I'd rather see the bodys of actual cars be put to better use.

HAMBer REVEREND JAKE, out of Tulsa, has one of the coolest trailers I've ever seen, a genuine 50s open top U-Haul rental trailer.

hahaha um I just laughed out loud while sitting in my cubical in a quiet work place. It was worth the attention and disruption.

  26. The bike is not prominent in these pictures, but you can see it in the first photo.

Reminds me of a Corvette show I recently attended. Almost all were new Corvettes, and every one of then had some gaudy (ugly) mural painted on the inside hood and all over the plastic engine shrouds. For the life of me, I don't know how or why people think this looks good.....I guess to each their own.

Best of Show?! Heck, anyone of the '57 Chebbies in the background looks better than this!!
