Thanks Squirrel, how about a report on the show. Was it as big a circus as it seemed to be?

The #45 is owned by Chuck Comer of Joplin. Chuck was at Indy last week with the Red 40 Willys "Suicide Ride"

That 32 is great, here are a few more pics of it

The show here is part of Tulsarama, the Tulsa celebration of the 100th birthday of Oklahoma. They had a Tulsaram in 1957 also, at that time they buried a new Plymouth, with plans to open it this year...which they did...and needless to say there are many 57 plymouth (and other) collectors and gearheads here to watch the goings-on. There were 300-400 cars at the outdoor show yesterday, and another 100 very nice ones at the indoor invitational show. Lots of forward look (56-61) mopars here.

Anyone have pics of the Plymouth? Even the buriedcar.com site has nothing. The way this was hyped up, you'd expect pictures to be everywhere. What's up?

The last pic is Tom Culbertson and Naomi from Indy. Thats her '57 Plymouth Tom's leaning against. Hope they had a good time.

I finally saw the Plymouth and what a bummer,it was total rust bucket.I don't guess the city did such a good job packing it.

Thanks, my son (8) and I drove our '50 from Idaho to Tulsa and back 3,302 miles round trip. Did parts of route 66 along the way. I'll be posting a photo journal of the trip on my site in the next week or so...

I noticed the buried car site has a bunch of my pics. I finally got my pics back up where I can leave them for a while.

The car show was pretty cool and I got to visit with some HAMBers as well.
