There are a few on Rt-15. I'm not sure if "Wolfe's" diner is open all night, but it's a real stainless Silk City from the fifties. Still has the neon...

We have alot of door prizes this year so make sure you drop your number in the tub at the sovenier booth and check your numbers on the board. Sumo, You got alot of numbers to call ! See you Saturday, Scott & April

Looks like I am gonna head down friday night, stay til 5 or 6 on saturday and head back. I'm gonna stay later if I can but my friend has to be back working sunday morning.

This will be my first hot rod show, looking foward to it.

One question, will there be a lot of vendors or a large swap meet? trying to decide whether to bring the car, or van. Can't exactly make another trip if i can't haul everything back

There will be a lot of venders. Might be double what there was last year. Bring your car anyway. Fill the passenger seat with parts and make your friend hitchhike home. :)

Sure a HAMB meet at 4 would be good. Just about everybody there is on the HAMB or a lurker.

I would not miss it for the world.

I am not bringing a runner, more like a pusher.

Unless anyone wants to drive the A model up, or the alum car either.

I guess I should think about that offer first.

How *sure* is it to actually rain, rain? I could stand a spit or two but I don't think I'll drive my coupe with ribbed bias ply dirt trackers if it's definitely going to be raining any kind of steady.......I'm no fool.......well, maybe I am....
But I plan to go no matter what......if raining I'll take my Mustang Convert beater.....

I'll be there rain or shine! I won't be driving anything in the show this year though, the wife sold the 49 Plymouth and the falcon is in way to many parts. But I got a whole nother year to get ready! ;)

  25. I guess I'm a big ol fool then, I drove my roadster 10 hours in the rain with the ribbed Firestones to get there last year,,,, the car stuck to the road like glue,,,,I don't see a problem,,,,Drove that car many miles in the rain in fact.

The only problem with those tires are they are soft and wear out way too fast.

Well if you drive on them:p

The car I'm bringin' can't "go" but it can get wet.

I hope that everyone realizes that this is the only show that is more fun in the rain.

Sadly many will have to see the pictures to realize what they missed.

Fewer cars will mean more track time!

It's raining here in Richmond, we leave in an hour.

    See y'all there!

    Brucie,

You have to bring your car.

I plan to shoot photos of it. I need detail shots.

And I want a ride around the block, too. ;)

So you have to bring it. You have my phone number if you run into trouble. And if so, I can drive it there for you! :D

    See you there.

  29. My brother an I will be over in the Vendor section. Come buy some parts!
