Spent all day working on it, today. Slow going so far and HAMB Drags seem like an impossible dream.

ha, first off Im glad you learned that you stage with your front tires ! and about a length per second differance would work ? I was 2 1/2 lengths behind the blower cars that were 2 1/2 seconds faster . not even a race ?

 

buzzard seems to have a speed addiction Can't wait to see what he runs this year at day of the drags...the last 2 years just get better and better...

plenty of cool old dudes but they are far and few between my dad
man he is 63 and cruising a pounded t roadster (the one for sale in classifieds here on hamb, oh and it is still for sale )
and his best buddy bob fodge (drives a prostreet henry j w/ a blown hemi)

oh yeah and i guess Casey is cool too seeing how everytime i see his car it reminds me of pics of my ol man high school ride
everything the same except my ol mans had a sbc and it was apple green

those frog collors must run in the family ? my old man had one like mine in high school , that he raced at caddo mills ! I grew up seeing pictures of his car , and loved it .we started mine when I was 13 in 1979. I use to here old guy`s talk about owning there car for 25 years ! I`ve had mine 28 now! how time fly`s , when your flying down the track

 

I plan to attend both Day of the Drags and the Reliability Run again this year.
