I think you should tell me how you bagged the rear of the '53...using the leafs...??? Pulled them out and went to a four link...??? Built a bag set-up on the axle and pulled the shocks...??? Built a bag set-up atop the springs...??? Huh...???

thanks guys, whenever i look at the '66 i smack my self for wanting...wait i should say needing to sell it since i really dont want to sell it.

The '66 ive had for a few years now, maybe going on 5 and i has been to a ton of shows here on the west coast, few KKOA events, Viva three years in a row, its been to Paso twice, primer nats and mooneyes two years in a row. But the time has come for it to go.

The '53 was bagged by Max Fish at Bio Kustumz in Hemet California. It is four linked and notched in the rear. thanks for the comments, I hope i can manage to stay out of debt long enough to enjoy the '53 as long as i have enjoyed the '66.

Hey Bag's * I Like The 53. I Had A Chance At A 50 -53 Caddy Hearse, Rebuilt Motor In The Car Oil In The Cylinder. While It Naps. It Might Still Be There. After Picking Up The 55 Coupe De Ville, Wide & Heavy. The Hearse Was Put Out Of Mind. The 66 CAD You Have Is Solid. I Have A Runnin 66 CAD Ragtop PROJECT. I'm Buick's Olds. And Pontiac. & Stude's Mainly. Some Good Deal I Don't Look At The Brand I Just Buy It. My Problem To Many Good Deal's. 10 OR 11 AND COUNTING. Rich

thats a nice 68, and my car is not body droppe. Ive only seen one cadillac body dropped ever and it belongs to Shawn from ST so cal. and mine is just as low as his. Max at Bio Kustumz tells me '66 cads came with three different kinds of frames and the one on my caddy just sits this low. guess i got lucky. Their is some serious fab in the back thouh to get it to lay that low.

The tunnel for the driveshaft was raised but its not even noticeable.

Yea, I thought that 66 looked familiar :p - Would you throw up some flicks of em while you were building? I'd be curious to see the suspensions and lace work in progress.

Both of those cars lay out really nice. I wish my '64 Olds could get that low, would have to channel it.

The '53 Caddy, is that paint "enhanced" at all for the patina effect, or is that just the way it aged? I have to ask, it almost looks too good.
