Does anyone have any pics of some baseball type stitched interiors or just a seat by itself? Thanks Kennedy

  4. Looks like a Rawlings first basemans mitt I used to have. That's different than how a baseball is sewn.

I was thinking Posie did a car with leather stitched interior but I was wrong, it's not quite baseball stitching, but looks pretty cool. I'm pretty sure there was a spread on a 32 Ford in StreetRodder that had that kind of interior I'll have to look through and see if I can find it.

Yeah... very well done interior... I'm not huge on the wheel or the dash/gauges, but man I love the rest of it... The door panels are excellent... Chuck Rowland is the talent responsible...

This car belonged to and was built by my buddy Jason Smith of the Hot Rod Garage in Oklahoma. Street Rodder messed up on the credits. Chuck Rowland built the seat only. Dan Kirkpatrick did the actual interior, but Jason hand stitched all the baseball glove stitching himself.

Anyone got more pics? How about a ballpark (pun fully intended) figure of what I might spend to obtain this look in a Model A tudor (front and back seats, door panels, headliner, etc.)?

Some 2001 Audi TT's had baseball stitched seats, don't have any pictures but I am sure a quick internet search will show some

I can believe that. I priced out a baseball stitched bench seat and was looking at like $1500-2000 for the work -- if I supplied the seat with good foam. Bit rich for my blood, but I was wondering what other guys were paying for this type of work.

Katzkin had a leather seat cover at the SEMA show last year that was licensed by Rawlings and included the same red logo patch on the head rest that you'd find on a baseball glove. Of course, it had baseball stitching
