    I really dig the exhaust on 1.5 and am curious what you do for 2.0. I’ve got a few ideas but I’ll wait and see :)

    For the 9 million examples you see in every lakes and early hot rod book I’m really surprised how rarely we see flex pipe headers and exhaust. Maybe we should add examples to this thread?

  5. The exhaust you have gives that little banger a little push to help it up the SF hills.

  6. Many oval tracks rulebooks mandated flex pipe in the exhaust system, because it required the exhaust to be bolt up instead of people just letting it hang from the headers and falling off.

    The Don Rounds N.A.S.C.A.R Sportsman built in the late 50's early 60's now owned by Mel Ogden of Franklin N.Y

    Are those mandrel bends on your flex tube?

    The flex tubing headers while often getting a bad (rap) no pun intended, can be functional & attractive, I'm thinking Auburn/ Cord etc.....
