Nose Art

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Richard D, Sep 20, 2006.

  1. Did a search but didn't really find what I'm lookin for. Lookin' for ideas, sort of like what they put on old war planes. Pin ups might be cool, too. Any body got any good ones?

Hey Don, that's pretty amazing that you've got the actual old photos of some of the exact same airplane parts I saw in Midland... I wonder if those were Tx based planes/crews?

    I love nose art.

I'm suprised the CAF let you take pics of the panels. It was ok with no flash I guess? Awesome.

My jacket... I designed it, then Barnett painted...

Ya know, I thought it was the other way. Oh well 50/50 shot. The "Memphis Belle" stole my heart. Theres also a guy named Tony Starser, I think, who painted ALOT of famous planes.
