    Quite a conversion. Looks like a Rolls Royce wheels and front. Whatever it is the cab and bed are much younger than the chassis.

    It's a Rolls-Royce Phantom II with a Dodge cab and bed. Apparently, when Elliot Springs bought a new RR, he had his old one converted.
