I spent about 3 hrs in the basement jail! Beat the traffic rap in court too, later. . Newc

    Hello,

Those old suitcases used to be a part of our decorating ideas in various houses we lived in over the years. After having given our smaller personal size bunch of suitcases to friends, we still had several mid size versions that we used to store old stuff from our old house in the Westside of Long Beach.

But, as things go, when it is clean out time at our current house, things gathering dust get the “adios” to the next level of their travels. This time, another friend will take these suitcases for her decorating or perhaps travel.

The last time of use, they fit in the trunk of the blue 1957 Buick Roadmaster. It was our last teenage era family vacation to our dad’s favorite set of lakes, Crowley/Mammoth Lakes in the Sierra Mountain Range along Highway 395 in inland California.

The last road trip for a couple of teenagers that actually fit in the back of the Buick Roadmaster. The seating space was very tight, but it was one last time as a family adventure, for our dad!

Word has it that Stella is still alive in her mid 80's and in a home with Alzheimer's.
