Couple more roadster pickups, happy Fri !

Hello,

In our days with having our granddaughter stay with us for 5-6 days a week during her early years, we got to liking what she wanted to hear as she developed her style. Style for a 7 year old?

You bet… she picked up her own ways to do things, had a sense of what looked good and was a walking classic little kid wherever we went during those long 24+++ hours of fun. Although she liked a Red 1964 Ford Falcon Convertible that lived down the street from her own house, she lived with us and like all of the station wagons we drove. We were not the ordinary grandparents driving around in a 4 door stodgy sedan, but a powerful station wagon(s) that could hold all of our granddaughter’s needs.

But, as things go, her music tastes were moving on with her dancing moods and style. So, we listened to everything she liked and soon, it melded into our playlists. The songs were good for upbeat sailboat washing, after we sailed all day and really wanted to sit and relax. But, the upbeat music made us happy to wash and dry the boat so the salt water did not damage the surfaces.

One of her favorites was a girl that had a good upbeat song during the 2012 year and here is a custom version of what her convertible should have looked like in the video. Bridget Mendler… “Ready or Not”
The month of December "red" hot rods and cruisers in art...

Cruising around in Hollywood would have been cool with the lowered Red Christmas theme Valiant Convertible. The recent Hollywood Blvd Annual Christmas Parade was full of festivities and colorful presentations... But, when on Mullholland Drive’s curvy roads, the lowered rake, better tires and rims would give it some extra added grip and handling.
