    The chop looks great.
I would like to attend one of your classes/demonstrations is there some way to let people know that there is going to be a class somewhere BEFORE the class?

Mmmmm... Mmellllteeey! I think the best chops are the ones that look like they could have been the original design before the production geeks got a hold of it... proportion is everything. Like yours!

Here are some photos of it rolled outside for your enjoyment! Clay has been working on it and gathering parts for it. There's a good chance this car will be completed! IMG_25841.jpg IMG_25701.jpg IMG_25821.jpg IMG_25721.jpg IMG_25691.jpg

  11. Dang, that looks fantastic Joel! Missed this thread, but glad I ran into it. That trunk lid is right on the money. Nice combo of sectioning the deck lid and lowering the lower lip. Well done!

What a great example to chop. GM had there draftsman working in the right direction. The Sedanett. In my opinion is my favorite..

I'm looking to schedule a couple chop classes for late spring of 2023... If you've got a 2 door post car that you'd like chopped, please send me a PM!

I met @Pinstriper40 after his class at Rustoberfest in Missouri. Not only did he give me a bitchin price for striping my dash on my 51 chevy gasser, he did the passenger side right-handed and the driver's side with his left. Looks the same and I was amazed! The picture was before he switched hands....

  23. Love the project, I think Gene Winfield would approve. As to the Chrysler it’s possible that Murphos customs in Austin could have been responsible.

    Thank you very much!

Gotta pull out the bag of tricks and wow the crowd sometimes! Not that there was much of a crowd! LOL

I think he'd approve as well! I always tell people, I'm ok with trophies and accolades, but a nod of approval from an old timer builder is the best!

I don't know if it's the chop not, but the rear fenders/quarters look huge. And I like it. Great work.

They look more proportional from a full on side shot... But it'll have to get rolled outside again for that. But they definitely do look bigger and sexier!

  30. Will the square stock armature in the rear window be removed at some point? Why was it necessary?
