A big Dodge/Fargo in Israel as used by Shell to deliver gas bottles. Yes that smoke means that the 413 ci flathead 6 was replaced by a diesel, in this case a British Foden 2 stroke of a tugboat (!). Big gasoline engines stopped making commercial sense in Israel already in the 50s so many heavy duty US trucks got all sorts of weird diesel swaps as time moved on...

While I'm sure there's nothing quite like a good old fashioned "pig sandwich", I'm gonna need more info.

Like... if you eat a whole one, do you get your picture put up on the wall and get a Poss' BBQ t-shirt?

Do they take out the bones?

Does it come with an apple?

Can I get one with a diet Coke?

    Inquiring minds... you know?

And, just look at that skinny feller over yonder by the Coke truck, lamenting his lack of a pig sandwich. Somebody buy that poor dude a pig sandwich.

Those C-series Fords and B model Macks are probably my favourite trucks.

Those C model Fords were good little trucks for many years, but my back does not miss them at all it took a little experience to flip the cabs all day without killing your back............................

Oh I don't doubt that a bit. I've never had anything to do with them other than liking how they look.

  15. And whoever designed the shift rod setup needed his nuts kicked in. Don't know how many of those mystery shifters I rebuilt! This is 1984.

This is my old gmc five window lcf that is getting transplanted onto a 2004 Chevy frame. You can still see the old Skelly logo on the door. 17. LCF's rule. Loved driving them, hated engine work on them. Those years of chevy and GMC cabs are my favorites. Yours looks really clean, congrats.

I have the chassis rolled under the old Skelly oil truck now. Time to square it up and start building cab mounts. 871958E8-3BCB-4444-9C55-3DB2C47A365A.jpeg
