as for a “hot rod”……. That’s a kiddie ride where tethered car rolls in a circle. This car had fender less tires shown and I believe painted white walls. I too agree this is photographic art at its finest.

The mother of a friend of mine was instrumental in getting the City of Portland to develop the area under the St. Johns side of the bridge into Cathedral Park about 35 or 40 years ago.
