The guy I bought it from was going to part it out, but started feeling guilty about it. So he swapped the fender and hood onto his really nice wagon and sold the rest to me.

I found this original 1957 streamliner dragster over 5 years a go in a farm field where it had been for 50 years....... it's a been a challenging adventure but hopefully this summer she'll be back on the track after 64 years. It's always great to have talented pals that share your dream and want to help.

When you tow a car with this method do the front wheels just follow in the turns? Do you need someone in the car that is being towed to steer?

 

I had to tow a large farm truck that way. I don't understand how but yes, the front wheels follow. I don't think it'd work so good if their was a major issue with front end alignment.
