    I was at my buddy's garage this morning and took a picture of his Model A that he put together about 15 years ago. Zephyr motor with homemade aluminum head covers. Also his collection of Cushman motor scooters. Just thought I'd share this with you guys.

  10. Flames down the body sides the same color as the engine block. Now, that puts HOT, in hot rod. That is just one wild looking ride!

    I sold my Zephyr engine stuff to a guy from Ft Bragg that was going to put it in a Model A

  13. I have seen this car up close, it is very well done! The head covers fooled me at first......they look like real finned heads.

    Wish I could talk my boss into casting a bunch of aluminum heads to machine and sell.... Oh, well....:(

    Bob has quite a few original Cushman motor scooters and he built some other ones on later Model Scooter chassis. Good eye!
