Great project, just found it. My old '32 Vicky body is somewhere in Australia, no idea who has it. Bob
It was flipped several times after I sold it and it went out of the country. Easy to ID it was cut in half right through the rear window. Bob
A friend brought this one in from Germany a few years ago, but it was cut at the windscreen. I think it is an Argentine body with factory filled in roof.
Your '34 looks great, if you know where my '32 Vicky body is I'd like to know how the build is going. Bob
@The37Kid What year did it come here , & do you remember what state it went to ? I can make some enquires for you.
Really coming together @Dago 88...can you say time flies...it truly hard to believe it's been 2 years...have you had it out for an in the wind trip round the block...it sure must be tempting...
Haven't posted much on the Vicky lately, but she is just about done. Been driving it it a bit & sorting out the bugs.
Class!! @Dago 88 you do good Hotrod...another milestone for you and me...thanks for the splendid Thread...crazy as it is I'm thinking what you're gonna knock out of the park next... You had the stable there...you and the missus? Cheers Mate...
Cheers @Stogy , I have started on the new project, I have to admit it is not as easy as building a Hot Rod. Had this for 35 years, better make a start before I get too old
Thats awesome, Lots of technology and research in that complexity...more power to rubber and better features, comfort, suspension, ride and brakes...oh and room...top of the line in style being a Nomad...was fuel injection an option on these? Is Tri 5 injection off topic here...I mean it was a go fast thing...looks pretty cool too...V meant V8...that would be a 265...with filter?
Wow awesome progress on the vicky mate and now a Nomad. Great to see one guy with two of the most desireable body styles getting it done!
I brought the Nomad in 1985 & built a gasser out of it in the late 90's, but I am over the gasser thing & decided to restore it.
@Dago 88 , I have the same vehicles as you, although both are projects. 1934 Victoria, and a 1956 Nomad. Still driving my 47 Ford Club Coupe, at least something is on the road.
Not much too look at, most pics I have are details I need to reference when I'll be trying to put them back together.
