Projects Headlight bezel stumper

    Picked this up the other day, it was labeled as a Pontiac but I believe this is in error.
    The part number is a dead end on the Googler :(
    # 3447747 LT. Any thoughts?

    What is it made out of. Older is usually pot metal. Later aluminum.Looks more like 60’s Ford to me

    Part number doesn't jive with Ford though . A Ford headlight door would have a part number similar to the 64 Galaxy headlight door number (not even close to the OP's headlight door) that I just found on Ebay = C4AZ-13064-D That would be simple for the Ford parts numbers experts to decode.

    Couple things you might do to help us out...make the image 'Full Image' and take a couple more views one showing all numbers/letters on the inside...

    too late, got a dodge for that. But it's too new for the hamb.

    I did find a 62 rambler, not an Ambassador, but the deal looked a bit too flaky.
