I realize this is only 3 months dead, but what are the odds he !@#$ed up that really nice stamped concrete patio and his wife killed him and buried him deep down on the back 40? Just sayin'...
Glad you are still turf side instead of dirt side. Thanks for all you and the rest of the medical professionals are doing to keep people alive during these crazy times.
Thank you. Had an eight year old boy with covid pneumonia today… family in disbelief like it’s some Fukin boogeyman that doesn’t exist… I admitted him to icu no beds… goddam nightmare. All I can think of is him and my 34’. I’m so depressed. It’s just sitting there like he is in his hospital bed…
I'm so sorry you have to go through that. Hope today was better than the last few and one day this shit will be past us. Thank you for caring
I appreciate that. I’m just trying to focus on my family. But this won’t be better for a while unfortunately.
You're fighting the good fight on 2 fronts and I appreciate them both. A very entertaining thread so far. I'm looking forward to seeing the body come together. Having made one coupe out of a sedan, I can say anything will fit anything with enough cutting, shaping and welding.
Hey buddy, I missed this thread! It looks like a great one! Hang in there, I know it's been a rough couple years. I'm sure the end seems pretty far off still out your way too but I sincerely hope you can get back to taking some joy in your life soon.
I recently got done cleaning up my garage… I’m going to be working in another heated building so I hope to get back to work on something here soon.
on to doing some electrolysis to final clean my parts... cutting the consumable electrodes. And my power source.
Need stronger main caps, for the blower. Also to help with an accurate line boring for the rotating assembly...
Both blocks checked out. But one needs repair from a corner missing. I will be over boring both blocks .125”
Welcome back! I'm sure I'm not the only one glad to see an update and know you're still making progress!
Yessir, both my kids purchased "project" cars and then took off to college so I got stuck with those new 3 projects along with a bucket list 78' Triumph Bonneville. I am juggling all of the projects to either sell and keep. The 33/78' really need the love right now.
Been working on a custom jig for my 33' build... It's aluminum and based on a Seigmund 2x2 table... Been using fireball tools squares, and shims.
