A guy named James Hrovat, contacted a couple of weeks ago, me through facebook and asked if he could make a video of my truck, I said yes. Talking to him he is a super nice guy and the video turned out great in my opinion. He did the video for Glory Days this year at Bryon IL. here is the video VINTAGE DAILY DRIVER! RARE '37 DODGE BROTHERS PICKUP TRUCK! MOPAR 340 CI! GLORY DAYS! BYRON! - YouTube I dont know how to post it as a video here. If you know how please do. Thanks Tony
Someone else did it, but it's pretty easy...you click on the little "film" icon, then paste the link to the video in the box that pops up, then you click the EMBED button, and you're done.
Tony, That was great,,,,,,that little old worn out 340 can haul,,,,,,117 mph . Very impressive! Mopar had a HP formula back in the day that was pretty accurate . What does your truck weigh,,,,,the formula works for the quarter mile,,,,,it’s fairly accurate too,,,,based on mph,,,,not e.t. Tommy
Nope its still my old motor. It's only easy if ya know how to do it, and thanks i was hoping you would chime in. Truck weighs 2950 with me in it. At that race I broke my trac lock on the first race. I love the 5spd in the truck. I still had a good time and couldn't be happier with the video. I didn't even know that half of the video was taken. Tony
Even easier.............. go to the video you want to post, copy the address (www....) then paste it into the post you want in then post that post DONE. It comes out like the one stuart in mn posted.
A friend had a 38 Dodge pickup 35 years ago, I think he used a 318....painted it twice, nice paint job both times....but I like yours better
