Great job, thanks for sharing the project pictures during build phase. I wouldn't worry much about how long it took, I've been collecting parts on here for over 10 years for my tudor!

 

Great history on the tudor. Love what you have done with the chassis. The driveline combination should serve you well if you don't drive it like you stole it. One of my pals has a 5 window done pretty much the same - since 1972 - and he hasn't broke much on it.

Awesome! It is obvious you done your homework before building this sedan as All the components you collected and used makes the perfect 32 build. I see from your rear model A crossmember Edward Lloyd also had some influence on your build. I really like your use of the front 32 motor mounts on the small block.

I bet that old spirit is thrilled to be back on the road.

 

The rears are 16x5 original fords. The fronts are 40 Ford style 16x4.5 aftermarket. 7.50s in the back 5.50s in front with excelsior tires.

 

I enjoyed your build. Very nice workmanship. One thing comes to mind and that is your front motor mounts. I had issues years ago when i changed an engine for a guy that had the old Hurst mount that had the center removed because he put a larger balancer on. With that modification the engine movement loosened up the bolts and ate out the bolt holes We changed out the engine and added a piece back to tie the 2 outers together again. Solved the problem. Your mounts are beautiful and well made, but i would safety wire the bolts so they can not back out or tie them together to prevent the same thing happening. I am in no way knocking any of your workmanship, just saying what i saw on the engine swap i did on a 40 coupe. Nice work, will continue to follow

 

We got her fired up for the first time over the weekend.

Thanks everyone. She made the trip to Watertown, Sd a few weeks ago for the Vintiques car show. No major issues other then some exhaust rub. I did have to oil the leather seals in the Columbia canister when we got to Watertown.
